Delivery Charges are as follows and calculated as you add items to your shopping.
Orders over £200 (including VAT) are delivered free to mainland United Kingdom.
UK mainland delivery rates for orders under £200 are as follows:-
Lightweight orders :- £2.50 including postage and packaging
All other orders - £ 5.50 including courier delivery and packaging.
Deliveries are made by courier or, with certain lighter products, by First Class Post. Orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday.
Purchasers will receive an email, confirming when the order has been dispatched.
Goods we hold stock for will be shipped the next working day, following receipt of the order.
Where Goods are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date within 3 working days.
Carriage prices cover most of the UK. However, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands, will be subject to delivery surcharges. Please contact us for details.
All address information must be accurate, including the postcode, and the recipient's telephone number. Gallyons Country Clothing cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been made, including postage and packaging.
Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to Gallyons Country Clothing and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.
A written confirmation of each order will be sent via email after an order has been placed. The details of your order will be also be displayed on the screen, you can print or save these details for your records.
