Delivery/Return's Policy

Online Purchases


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If item is not suitable we require notice of a return, either via email or phone, a maximum of 7 days after receiving your order. Please make sure to quote your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and labels still attached. If goods are returned in an unsalable condition we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items ordered online may be returned in store within 14 days but please be aware refund will not be able to be given in shop but will be issued online. Please give notice either via email or phone. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If item is wanted to be exchanged for example, a different size, colour or style, let us know either via email or phone, a maximum of 7 days after receiving your order and we will endeavour to fulfil your exchange. Subject to availability. Please make sure to quote your order number.
If item is faulty when delivered, return the item to us and we will offer a replacement product or refund. Please call or email us first.
Replacement goods are posted free. We recommend using recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.

If in stock at time of purchase we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. In the event of an out of stock situation, please accept our apologies but rest assured we will contact you to advise of any delay.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


In-store purchases

For purchases made in stores we offer a credit note for goods with no expiry date which can be used at either of our branches, or an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
